ORDERING PROCEDURE
Ordering at Craftee Cottage is easy, safe and totally secure.To find a product simply browse our online shop in the main menu under “shop” on the left hand side of our Home page. You will find specialty knitting yarn ranges including Patons & Cleckheaton also a general knitting yarn section for our specialty brands plus a range of cross stitch and ribbon & wool embroidery.
Select your product:
Choose yarn or product that you are interested in. If a yarn purchase, then pick your colour choice. All yarn prices are per ball. For any assistance with quantities or colours, please email info@crafteecottage.com.au. If you have a query, unsure of products, or you are after something not listed on our website, you can also place an order via email.
Quantity:
You can select the quantities that you require by marking the box when you proceed to “add to cart”. You can go back to your selection at any stage. Make sure you press update, once you have decided on quantities.
Adding items to your shopping cart:
Once you have selected product and quantity, simply click “continue shopping” and you can add more items to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout.
Payment security:
There is no need to be concerned when buying from craftee cottage, as we use the best security technology available and all customer details are confidential.

Processing your order:
Once we have received your order, we will notify you to let you know it has been received. We endeavour to send out all orders within 3 days of receipt but please allow up to 10 days for delivery. We will notify you if the order is going to take longer than our normal 3 day turnaround.
Postage:
Our postage rates are calculated automatically when purchasing knitting yarn. Australian postage is $6.00 for up to 450 grams. $11.00 for up to 1 kg and all Australian orders weighing over 1 kg, we send in a large express post satchel for $13.50.
International postage is $25.00 for up to 700 grams. Over 700 grams price on application.
Our refund policy: Please choose carefully when you buy. You are entitled to a refund or replacement only if the products you purchased are:
- Faulty
- Significantly different to those shown or described to you
- Not doing what they’re supposed to do
