CLASS PROGRAM 2010

Craftee Cottage is pleased to present their new class list for 2010. We continue to specialize in what we do best—small, friendly ongoing classes. These classes are a wonderful way to meet new people, have some fun and learn a new skill. You can continue on, paying monthly, for as long as you want. Some of our ladies have formed strong friendships and have been in class together for many years. Want to know more about a class— email us or just pop in and ask Joy or Sylvia   

2010 counted thread embroidery class DESIGN, CREATE AND STITCH YOUR OWN SAMPLER With Noelle Walker  By popular demand - Noelle is back for her  3rd year with this wonderful sampler class!  This year we are going to design our own sampler. It will be an on-going project that will take several months to complete. Learn a variety of styles of embroidery to complete your one of a kind sampler. A full list of requirements available in store. Saturdays -  ONCE A MONTH Book each month as you go. Saturdays 10.00 - 12.30 -  $25.00 per lesson Limited spaces available DATES FOR 2010  - 1st class - Feb 13th - Canvas work sampler needlebook and scissors case - First project for the year before commencing your sampler. You will revisit this project during the year as a change of pace from the larger sampler project.  March 13th, April 10th, May 8th, June 5th, July 3rd, August 4th, Sept 11th, Oct 9th, Nov 6th, Last class - Dec 4th - A christmas project.

Embroidery Guidance Group This group meets every 2nd Tuesday morning here at Craftee Cottage. This is for the more experienced needlewoman who would enjoy sharing and learning off a like minded group of ladies. There is no teacher in this class but plenty of inspiration and ideas! $5.00 per class There is currently no vacancies in this class but you are welcome to put your name on the waiting list

RIBBON AND WOOL EMBROIDERY With Jennifer Hartley Jennifer is a talented designer and teacher who has been featured extensively in Embroidery & cross stitch magazine, so here is your chance to join one of her ongoing classes and learn from the expert! Jennifers classes are always fun and informal - a great way to learn the art of embroidery. Ideal for all levels of skill. Work at your own pace on projects that interest you. Learn everything from baby blankets, silk ribbon roses, beaded Victorian bags and more. You can also do any of her magazine projects in class. These are fun and friendly classes that you can continue on , paying monthly, for as long as you want.   Tuesdays 1.00—4.00 - fortnightly  - $53.00 paid monthly ( 2 x 3 hr class)    Thursdays 10.00—12-00- $68.00 paid monthly (4 x 2 hr classes)   SATURDAYS FORTNIGHTLY-  Morning class 10.00—12.00 - $38.00 paid monthly ( 2 x 2 hr class)  OR Afternoon class 12.30 - 3.30 -$57.00 paid monthly (2 x 3 hr class) Most of Jennifer's classes currently have a waiting list but you are welcome to put your name down and we will let you know when a vacancy exists.

 

CREATE A BEADED PROJECT EACH MONTH with Noelle Walker Each month create a new beaded piece using a different beading technique. Saturdays—once a month— Book each month as you go— 1.00—3.00 - $20.00— Dates for 2010 - Feb 13th, March 13th, April 10th, May 8th, June 5th, July 3rd, August 14th, Sept 11th, Oct 9th, Nov 6th, Dec 4th.    LIMITED VACANCIES   NEW CLASS FOR 2010 KNITTING & CROCHET SESSIONS WITH CHRISTINA FROM EXCEPTIONAL TEXTURES This class will cover all types of knitting and crochet including, beginner knitting & crochet, pattern interpretation, finishing techniques, embroidery & darning, continental knitting and much more. Fridays - 11.00 - 1 p.m. at Craftee Cottage - Session fee - $18.00  - Every Friday during school term - not running during school holidays Book through exceptionaltextures@gmail.com or info@crafteecottage.com.au No bookings necessary but welcome. Private lessons with Christina are also available

A deposit is required on booking all courses to confirm your place. Remainder paid at first class. Materials extra—unless otherwise stated 
All class students receive double points on our Lucky Buys loyalty program (10% off).
Ongoing courses to be paid ahead, at the commencement of each new monthly block.
No refund if you cannot attend a class but provided you ring us prior to class, we will endeavour to slot you into a make up class. This applies to ongoing monthly classes only.
Unfortunately, we have no child minding facilities
