Ordering Procedure

Ordering at Craftee Cottage is easy, safe and totally secure.

IF YOU ARE NEW TO OUR SITE - You can register for easy purchasing, or just order and give us your postal details when you are finished shopping.

You can also view your orders and update your details once you are registered. You will find your "my orders" section on the left hand side, once you sign in.

To find a product simply browse our online shop by clicking "SHOP ONLINE" above the revolving banner on our Home page. You will find specialty knitting yarn ranges including Patons, Cleckheaton, Sirdar, Heirloom, Filatura di crosa and many more.. We also have knitting needles, knitting leaflets and books, crochet cotton, ribbon embroidery plus a range of cross stitch designs including the popular Shepherds Bush Christmas stockings

Select your product:

Choose yarn or product that you are interested in. If a yarn purchase, then pick your colour choice. All yarn prices are per ball. For any assistance with quantities or colours, please email info@crafteecottage.com.au. If you have a query, unsure of products, or you are after something not listed on our website, you can also place an order via email.

Quantity:

You can select the quantities that you require by marking the box when you proceed to “add to cart”. You can go back to your selection at any stage. You can alter your quantity just by changing the total in the box and then pressing update.

Adding items to your shopping cart:

Once you have selected product and quantity, simply click “continue shopping” and you can add more items to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout.There is a comments box at the final stage of ordering, if you would like to add any information regarding your order.

Payment security:

There is no need to be concerned when buying from craftee cottage, as we use the best security technology available and all customer details are confidential.

For speed and reliability, paypal , direct deposit or credit card is the preferred option.

Processing your order:

Once we have received your order, we will notify you to let you know it has been received. We endeavour to send out all orders within 3 days of receipt but please allow up to 10 days for delivery. We will notify you if there is going to be a delay on your order.

Postage
Our postage rates are calculated automatically when purchasing knitting yarn. Australian postage is $7.90 for up to 450 grams. $13.90 for up to 1.5 kg. $15.00 for up to 3 kg.For posting, we mainly use Australia Post parcel plus satchels, or our own secure satchels. These are waterproof and secure, to ensure your order arrives in good conditon.

International postage is calculated according to Aust post rates for overseas. We will advise on receiving your order, as to the postage costs.

Our refund policy: Please choose carefully when you buy. You are entitled to a refund or replacement only if the products you purchased are:

• Faulty
• Significantly different to those shown or described to you
• Not doing what they’re supposed to do

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
